Coachman camera prewired?

How can I find out if my 2008 Fourwinds Coachman 32B is prewired for a backup camera? If it is, where would I look for the ends of the wire and if not how hard is it to fish the cables?

If you do not see an access panel in the rear of the coach where a camera would be, the odds are it was not. Installing and not using wire and coax is costly. You could contact the manufacture by e-mail with VIN and ask.
If you are to search, look under the dash where a monitor could be installed and high in the back wall for an unhooked length of coax cable.

Thor response

I called the manufacturer and the woman there was not able to look up by serial number. She did say that as of 2007, the units were prewired for backup cameras so she just assumed that the wire is there but did not know where to locate. We pulled the under bed box cover and saw a wire in the bundle that resembles a coax type but still not sure.
