we've traded there twice in the last two years - from a 5th wheel to a Georgetown to our Palazzo DP...
-even though you may go there with a certain coach in mind, don't hesitate to look around and compare other makes/models - if you are approved for a loan it should apply to any coach you choose to purchase. This happened to us the last trade - we came for a specific Thor Challenger that we saw online and left with our Palazzo 33.3 DP instead.
-take your time and have them put you up for several nights in their customer service center covered RV site. You'll have full hookups and room to move into your new home, with your current coach parked along side for easy transfer(if you're trading).
-take several trips out on the interstate and local roads to test drive and get used to the new feel... use the generator, microwave, air conditioners, furnace, tvs, water pump, shower, toilet and all systems in order to flush out any issues
- their service techs will take care of ANY issues you have before you leave - make sure you try to find them ALL before then, this is the single best time for any repairs, warranty work, or explanations of how the Levelers, SlideRooms, AGS(auto generator start), Magnum Inverter/Charger, and other systems that you might be
'new to you' works.
enjoy...
