Cummins Powerspec

Has anyone on the forum downloaded and used the Cummins Powerspec software? Looks like various engine parameters and gearing are programmable with this software. It would appeal to me to be able to program for mountainous driving, or driving on flat terrain. Also can apparently download trip info, fuel usage, etc., from the program into database? It's for windows systems only, so those of us with Macs would have to run a virtual windows machine.

The software is downloadable from Cummins website, but does require an interface cable (don't know cost).

I downloaded the software but have not used it as I have to get the cable. I will be ordering it next week. I decided to get the software because of the capability to be able to see and clear fault codes. The informational data is also a good thing. But I am not sure about the reprogramming thing unless there is a set program for mountains and one for level driving. I would not trust my skills in determining power ratios. If there are set programs for "Mountain Roads" and "Level Roads" I'll try them.
