Time will tell

When we shopped for our used coach we looked at an 08 or 09 but rejected it and noticed that the cab seats had been recovered in an unlikely colored faux leather. They kind of stood out and the coach did not have many miles on it. We thought it odd that may be the previous owners were doing mud wrestleing or some other upholstery damaging activity. It had the bunkbeds we did not want and was more dough so we popped for an 06 that had a floor plan more to our liking. The seats seem awfully soft to touch we only have 10,500 miles on them. I hope they hold up. Any advice beyond no screwdrivers in back pockets? I like that it is just defective fabric and not a total seat failure. But not much.

seat peeling

I have a thor hurricane that had the same problem. I knew about the flexsteel/thor excuses after I bought it off the lot. The peeling was terrible and I just bit the bullet and took them to a local upholsters shop. He recovered them and they are fantastic. Cost for both was $500 so I feel he did me right. That was nearly three years ago.

Same issue......

I am the second owner of a 2010 Challenger. I am having the same problem. There was a small spot on the driver's headrest, I thought it was maybe from a metal clip on a ballcap or something. We are on an extended trip and now have 5 areas peeling like crazy. We already spent $1000 fixing the double pane window issue. Not happy about this. I won't be buying a Thor/Damon product again. The site in the picture is worse now.
