I have a hurricane model 34N 2006. The eletric step is not working. It will not go down or up. Even tied to a land line. Has anyone had this issue. Is it fuse? If so what's the location of the fuse. Out camping and it's a big step up without it.

Thanks

On the brake pedal you may have a switch that has to close with pedal in normal position. Lift up on pedal and see if steps will operate. Check the ground to frame of coach and make sure it tight and clean. If loose use star washer to keep tight.
The plug on steps may have corrosion within, open and clean with contact spray and add dielectric grease to keep it that way.
