Forest River Berkshire Vs Aria

We are looking to go full timing and have been looking at new (no used) MH and 5ers. We may have it narrowed down to the Thor Aria 3901 and the Forest River Berkshire 39A or 39B. There are also 2 Forest River RiverStone 5ers we like, but this question is more for the MH’s. Between these 2 which is the better quality? We will be traveling north in the summer and south in the winter, staying for 2-4 weeks before moving to the next site. We do have a toad and I know both will have no problem towing. We did have a dealer say he might be able to get us a 2019 Tiffin Red 37BA for around 220K, but I’m not holding my breath for that.

I can only tell you about the 1 Berkshire, and the 1 Aria we looked at. They were side by side on the lot. The Aria was finished much better. Not perfect, but much better. After walking through the Berkshire we wouldn't even consider that one. Screws sticking through walls, staples sticking out of wall paper. Cabinet doors crooked, one falling off. Shower door frame coming off wall. Flooring tiles looked sloppy. Much more on that one just wasn't right. I was excited to look at it because I was one of those "never buy a Thor" guys. I'm sure it was just that one coach, but it was bad. The Discovery we looked at and drove (from the same lot) had the fewest fit and finish issues, but lacked the kitchen and basement storage space of the Aria. Really liked the Tiffin from another dealer, but for the money, couldn't beat the Aria. We looked seriously for 18 months before we bought. After 18 months and over 10K miles, I don't regret it at all.
