I had an email address for John Vrydaghs, a customer service representative for Four Winds.
I just tried to Email him, for a question regarding my Hurricane and the Email came back, marked "undeliverable" Apparently John is no longer with Four Winds. Does anyone have another Email address for a Four Winds customer service rep.?
Thank you

Thanks MyLife, at least I got a reply to one of those. But I quess there is no one there that can answer this simple question.
On my Hurricane, what is the width of the screw trim insert that goes in the channel where the sidewall is connected to the top?
I have to replace it and wanted to pick up the new strip, before I went to the storage area and climbed the ladder.
Thanks again,

I posted yesterday that the 2nd address came back undeliverable. I can't understand why that post would be deleted.

I did receive a very timely response from reasterday@4winds.com regarding a question I had.

Am I on a blacklist?

gene2, I got a prompt response from reasterday, also. Unfortunatly, she was unable to answer my question, and I sensed an air of arrogance in her message.

Grumpy9, My response was from Joe Schueneman<jschueneman@thormotorizedservices.com. With a CC to Rebecca Cramer<rcramer@thormotorizedservices.comVery helpful with a couple different options for solving my problem with the Battery Control Center.

I just measured mine & I believe it would be 7/8", could not measure the actual channel without disturbing things
