G'day,

My 07 31D has a Generac 5500w generator and it has developed a starting issue. Power (12.8v) is getting to the generator, but I don't even hear a click from the starter solenoid and the starter doesn't turn over. From the manual, it looks like the starter is at the left/rear of the generator. Does anyone know if there is there any way to get to the starter without dropping the generator?

Have you checked your generator ground cable to chassis frame of coach?

Have you checked to see if the warranty is still good on your generator. It does carry a different lifespan than the coach. My 07 34N generator has a 3 year warranty and it is still in warranty until November 27, 2010 which is 3 years after the coach was put in service.
