Since it seems we always here about the bad and not the good, I thought I'd give a Kudos to Four Winds.
In July we took our 1st cross country trip and ran into some problems (you can read about it
HERE) My son put a bowl of soup in the microwave and then couldn't open the door. I ended up prying the door open to get the bowl out but we were left without a mircowave.
I called Four Winds and John Hamilton took care of me. He would call me almost daily to find out where we were and where we would be staying long enough to get the micro switched out.
The only place we were going to stay in longer than 2 days was Warranton VA and he set it up with a dealer close by and got the microwave shipped there in time.
Now THAT'S warranty service!!
