Highland Ridge Differences btwn Open Range & Mesa Ridge??

Looking into either a new Open Range UT2802BH or Mesa Ridge MR2802BH.

On the Highland Ridge website they look the exact same to me.

Can anyone please explain the differences?

I've been looking at getting a 374BHS and it appears that I can go Open Range or a few of the other "brands". What is the difference? Is it just a regional thing?

I did some additional research on this and talked to a few different dealers. From the sounds of it, the various lines started out as a regional and available options differentiator but have essentially converged into duplications of the exact same thing with different graphics. Some dealers carry some lines, other carry others, but theyíre the same trailers at the end of the day. Itís hard to say if this is 100% accurate (or will stay this way) but, at least for now, thatís what Iíve been able to dig up on the topic.
