My 06 HURRICANE has 2 vents cap on top. I order the turbo fins for both , going down the road it pulls out all the odor from the tanks and even while camping any small wind will also pull fron the tank all the odors.
I have been watching this post and can't fiqure why nobody came on? No oder inside the M/H either

well i guess no one has any roof tank vents on their roof except you and me. anyway i saw a unit on the net called "lil stanker' so i thought that was aneat idea and better then the rest of the vent thingys, so i made my own with a small muffin fan mounted on top of the vent pipe under the cap and ran it to 12 volts. wow what a suction on the holding tanks. now i don't think i'll have to worry about odors again

Sorry billy, just noticed your post.I have 2 vents, and while I have had odor problems in other units I have owned,I have had no issues with this rig.The little stanker looks good.
Do you want me to put a little karma under your name like the rest of us ?

My '04 32R only has one vent on the roof for the black tank. The gray tank is vented through two vacuum breakers on the drains under the kitchen and bathroom sinks.

I noticed one of my vent caps was a little cockeyed.Went on the roof to fix and was surprised to see that the vents have one screw as a safety. All my other units were just press fitted caps that always managed to liberate themselves during the summer traveling season.
