House batteries connection

I have a challenger 37kt 2013
I replaced batteries about six months ago. I have not used to the coach in about four months. When I went to use it, The batteries were run down and I could not operate the use relay switch. Engine started OK but I cannot start the generator. I plugged it into Shoreline and converter didnít seem to charge batteries. I also found that only some of the DC circuits work in the coach. All the AC circuit seem to be working including microwave air conditioners and refrigerator. Kitchen lights and bedroom lights worked OK, but the main control panel that shows battery conditions, tank conditions did not work.
I suspect the use relay or the converter not getting battery power to the house batteries
My questions are:
Where does voltage to operate relay come from?
Does converter have more than one dc output?
If relay that isolates batteries not working will it keep converter from charging batteries?
Any help woul be appreciated

You will need to get an old style charger and get the house/chassis batteries up to around 6 volts or more to get the built in charger to operate. Then you can bring up the voltage and things should start to work again. You can also use a good battery to boost. A new style charger will not start charging as it will sense a dead battery.

If you getting any 12 volt things working, your converter is working. Your USE relay may work off the dead house batteries.

You should be able to push and hold the boost switch and then activate the Use relay. May need 2 people.

Actually, running the engine should throw a charge into the house batteries. You may have a bad isolation/boost solenoid.

Very common failure item.

Use a dumn automotive tyoe charger to bring up the batteries to about 9-10v. Then the onboard charger will start to charge.

Batteries connection

Does use relay isolate batteries from converter?
