House batteries connection
I have a challenger 37kt 2013
I replaced batteries about six months ago. I have not used to the coach in about four months. When I went to use it, The batteries were run down and I could not operate the use relay switch. Engine started OK but I cannot start the generator. I plugged it into Shoreline and converter didn’t seem to charge batteries. I also found that only some of the DC circuits work in the coach. All the AC circuit seem to be working including microwave air conditioners and refrigerator. Kitchen lights and bedroom lights worked OK, but the main control panel that shows battery conditions, tank conditions did not work.
I suspect the use relay or the converter not getting battery power to the house batteries
My questions are:
Where does voltage to operate relay come from?
Does converter have more than one dc output?
If relay that isolates batteries not working will it keep converter from charging batteries?
Any help woul be appreciated
