How does the Axxera NAV/radio screen come off?

I have the Axxera AVM111NAV. Does anyone know how the screen comes off the dash? Mine quit working and I am trying to troubleshoot it. TIA

You got to be careful removing the face, that whole radio slides in and if your push too hard you will bend the can it's sitting in...When we picked ours up the mechanics fooled with it and THOR had to replace the whole radio. The micro chip is located toward the bottom, I logged on to naviextras.com got the navigation update for mine, cost $9 US dollars, some company from Siberia or somewhere.

Thor is replacing mine too. I just told them to send it to me and I will do it. It's really simple.

I don't use the navigation so no need to update. I prefer Google maps as it has current time traffic alerts and alternate route suggestions.

How do you avoid low clearances with Google Maps?

Honestly, I have never come across a low bridge in the last 2 years and 12k miles. I can only think of one within a 100 like radius from our home and that one is well marked with plenty of advance notice. The majority of roads we travel, semi's travel too. If they can make it, I can.

release lever is in the top middle of the radio and inaccessible by the human hand. Use a cabinet screwdriver to push down that lever and it comes right off. Don't force anything!
According to my dealer, a new radio is right at 1200 dollars so be careful.

Appreciate the help but per the second post, I already removed it. With the trim piece on the dash that goes around the screen, it is almost impossible to get to the release lever. I had to take the entire unit out and then I could get to the release. Again, thanks though.
