Hurricane 30Q Black Tank

My 30Q has the black tank on the passenger side and has two dump valves. One just under the tank and then another one on the driver side at the normal spot. It is my understanding that one should keep both closed until ready for dumping. The question is does it make much difference which one you open first? My thoughts are to open the driver side first and then open the one under the tank. This way you get one continuous flow of material.

Thats how I do it. I dont think it matters though. I also close them, then flush the tank, and open one more time to make sure I dont have anything left in the section that connects the two valves.

I open the passanger one first, then the dump valve. Close the passanger valve, then flush the tank, and do it again. Hope that gets anything left over in the cross over pipe.
