Full Wall slideout and jack issue
We have now found more issues with the slide-out. The tracks (especially the top rear one) are stripping out along with one of the motors giving problems. My warranty has agreed to cover the replacement tracks (the ones on the exterior of the slide-out). The jack not auto leveling properly has been checked and rechecked. We have found the zero setting is not being retained within the controller. Since the hydraulic pump and other items were replaced under warranty less than one year ago they believe it is the controller that needs to be replaced. The manual leveling works. We are awaiting the approval from lippert to replace the controller module. My warranty stated they replaced it last year so the manufacturer should replace it this time.
We shall see.

Getting ready to go back in the shop and have the gear tracks replaced on the full wall slide out and the jack controller. The jacks will not auto level. Manual only. The zero point after setting is being lost. The windshield will be replaced next as it has a large crack.

Put it in the shop today for the new slide out gear tracks, new left side bunk motor and to fix the auto leveling issue (which we think is the module). I need to call the glass guy and get the claim rolling for a new windshield too.

I put it in the shop on October 27 with the understanding over the previous 6 weeks all of the parts needed for all of the repairs were in, the warranty and insurance approvals were complete and shop space and schedule was good. Thought if this was all done in advance we had a 3 to 4 day shop stay.
Learned approvals were all good, shop and schedule were good. Lippert shorted some parts. It’s always something. I’ve tried my best to find a way to have good planning on these RV repairs only to always have some type of supply issue.
I do know the large one piece windshield has been replaced which that will look a lot better.
All of the parts needed for the slide out, overhead bunk and leveling module are from lippert so who knows. Still in the shop waiting on parts now as of today. With all of my planning skills this might be an effort in futility when it comes to the RV world.

Sewer hose storage tube
I will be installing a storage tube for my sewer hoses next week. Not sure exactly where I'm going to mount it but somewhere under the coach, not see and out of the way yet accessible from the valve compartment.
I have an outlet to repair, need to do a complete chases lube (never done before, will have to learn), need to change out the rubber seals in my toilet. The one in the bottom of the tank and the one where the toilet mounts to the tank. I can see a rubber seals dangling down between the bottom of the toilet and the top of the tank. The bowl does not hold water so that rubber gasket needs replacing.
I have a lot of caulking to do outside just as general maintenance.
I'm having a company come wash my coach, clean the roof and awning and apply 5 coats of polymer to the exterior (it is looking faded). Even though I normally have a cover on it one side is fading faster than the other.
For some reason my cable tv is always fuzzy. My satellite is clear and antenna clear as well. I will be testing my cables and the cable tv cable run inside the coach to narrow it down. Hopefully it's just a connector needing replaced.
The epoxy job is not cheap but I'm trying to take excellent care of my coach.

Why install a 4" PVC pipe underside? I have a similar coach and haul 25' of Valterra Dominator sewer hose in my wet compartment as well as several assorted connection adaptors. If you like the Rhinoflex hose you cold haul more. I stopped using the Rhinoflex hoses. In less than 3 seasons I got pin holes in it.
The toilet is an easy 1 hour or less job and less than $10 in cost.
As far as your cable tv being fuzzy are you turning off the antenna booster when hooked to cable?
I won't mention the caulk...all I know about caulk is how to make a mess!
My friend, I have been following your adventures working on your MH, on this thread, for over 2 years. You have a nice MH and seem to enjoy doing most of your updates. I personally, would love to hear about some of your travels! The places you have taken those bikes and kayaks! Go out and enjoy! This is your thread about your MH. You are allowed to hijack it if you want.

Thank you very much.
I don't have much space in my bay for the hoses. It always seems to be a task making everything fit.
I do not have the antenna amp on. I thought it was the campgrounds wiring but since it has happened at the last three it might be my issue. I will figure it out.
As far as my travels I will try to put some out there. I have not been anywhere since last September but prior we have done a lot. When it's not in the shop we try to go as much as possible. It's the only way to cope and be able to make it to my retirement date 40 months away. This is my out (sometimes my thorn with issues) but for the most part we love it.
I just got another puppy German Shepherd. He is 12 weeks old now. We will take him on his first trip after he is 6 months or so.
I will try to post some photos and excursion information. I have put over 16k miles on my RV in two years from Florida to Wyoming to Montana and Tennessee with about 20 states total.
Thanks again for the nice comments.

I'll try to fix the photos later. For some reason they did not load properly. They were not upside down from the original file.

Even upside down GREAT PICTURES! We enjoy Pigeon Forge usually once a year. My grandchildren loved the skydiving wind tunnel. Good eating at the Old Mill Restaurant. We have been north and south several times on the east coast. Going west this spring!
I am glad to see you are using it as well! My first MH I had a "Love/Hate Relationship" with it. We would go out and it was great. When I got home I had to fix something. Over the 11 years I owned it I replaced 2 basement door panel skins. They fell off going down the highway. I replaced or fixed a lot of things!
I hope you will keep this thread going. Hopefully doing modifications instead of repairs.

Polymer & Roof treatment
I'm having an RV detailing company work on my RV tomorrow. They will be washing the unit to include the roof, applying 4-5 coats of polymer (sorry, I forgot the brand name but it's expensive) and cleaning the awning. I'm thinking of adding the rubber roof UV treatment but not sure if it's worth it and which to use. They offer the Dicor brand treatment and the 303 brand. 303 is more expensive. Anyone have advice or opinion on the roof treatment?
Yes, it's all very expensive but I don't have the time to do it by myself. I'm trying to take excellent care of this rig.
I have problems finding guys to help me even though I pay $30 and hour for experienced help.
