If you have Ultra Leather, there's really no hope. It lasts long enough to be out of warranty, usually, and no one I've read about has been successful after that point.
Here's a link to someone else with the problem, but if you research you'll find hundreds of complaints: Other thread...
I know when I was researching for a 'newer' used RV last year, I determined to avoid anything that had all 'fake' leather products. And it goes by numerous names. The one thing it has in common is that it's man made. And usually cheaper than real leather.
If you're not talking about leather, then what material are you having trouble with???
BTW, really like your fireplace mod. I can't think of anywhere in my RV to put one though. And it's getting cold here in the SoCal desert. 40's at night. Sometimes 30's. But the floor furnace and a couple electrical heaters are keeping up. But I like those heater thingies.

Yeah, I do. Buy a wrench that you hang in the battery compartment. Whenever you park in storage, just disconnect the negative terminals from each battery set. Takes all of 5 minutes and guarantees your batteries will be fine when you're ready to roll again.

BTW, I somehow missed page one of your saga, and now that I've read every page, I've got to say, you have a lot of patience. Wow. I'm really feeling bad that you've had all those problems. Even worse than those I had with my very first '94 Class A RV back in '04.
I'm living full time in my 2nd RV, a '02 Winnebago Journey, and I knew what to look for and what to look out for and I am pretty sure I found a gem. So far, in nearly 9 months of full timing, it's been trouble free other than needing a fresh set of house batteries from Costco at $85 each, and some work on the bathroom fixtures. Optional stuff other than that.
Anyway, fingers crossed you get everything fixed up soon. Good luck!!

I hope you got a good deal when you bought it. I've got a 2006 hurricane 31 D with 65,000 miles on it. I have done extensive Mods to it along with pictures. Click on the Link in my signature to go to my blog. My latest is a DIY Track Bar for the rear. The ford chassis already has one on the front. Half the fun of owning one is making mods and repairs. Good Luck.

With the Vapor lock problem did you ever replace the fuel pump or find another or just trade the coach?

This was a common problem with the big block ford 460 v-8. for me it only happened when driving for 2 or 3 hours straight on a very hot day 90 deg F plus. I could have solved the problem with a booster pump and / or a new better fuel pump. Since the unit was 19 years old I decided to trade it off and get something newer. My present coach.

RV Cover
I purchased this cover. Unfortunately I have not tried it on the coach but it's always good that it's due to use and not procrastination.
I hope it fits.

Valterra
I like this product. I use it prior to departure heading back home for storage. I have yet to find a brick and mortar shop that sells it so I get it off of Amazon.
I use the cheaper drop ins during my trips and between drops. With Valterra I put 2 ounces in the toilet, 1 ounce in the shower drain and another ounce in each sink drain.

Slunky Drain hose
I bought this Slunky drain hose. It's okay buy can be cumbersome and uncooperative. If your having a bad day it might put your over but it does the job after I take a deep breath.
I would not buy it again but would consider the same type of design made better by another manufacturer.

Stereo Speakers - JBL
Just bought these speakers to replace the front interior ones that distort a lot.
Thinking about adding exterior speakers and replacing the bedroom speakers too later. If you purchased new exterior speakers and performed a new install let me know how it went and what you purchased. I don't have external speakers currently.
I should receive them tomorrow and will install and let you know how they sound with my Jensen stereo/NAV unit.

I just received this tank rinser. It has a lot of good reviews (along with some not so good but you can't satisfy everyone). I will let you know how the install and results later.
