Maybe a down size...but not much.
Hope you post all about it...they are a bit rare.

Sssshhhhh.... don't tell my DH. I'm telling him daily it's a downsize and will fit in the barn easily (the 3612 fits length and height, but doesn't make the corner, I'm pretty sure this one won't either).
I have enjoyed the 3612 a lot. The garage is the perfect size, I take five dogs easily, six with a little creative space management. I don't mind climbing the loft, but I mind it a little more each time I go out. My biggest issue is I get a little sphincter-y when going through construction zones and when those big trucks blow past me. The height of it makes me nervous. Plus, it would be great to get something a little newer.

I finished my long trip about a week ago and the Outlaw performed pretty well. 51 days, 7620 miles. I have a few small issues to take care of, but nothing major.
One of the problems is that the Use/Store 'Salesman' switch no longer works. It's stuck 'on'. I was told to check the breaker on the BCC (wasn't tripped), the switch and the solenoid. I'm betting it's the solenoid but I'm not sure which one it is. There are 3 of the exact same ones under the drawers near the fridge (37LS). Can anyone tell me which one it is? I'm attaching a picture with the three circled.
Thanks!

What to do with unexpected mod....
So we drove our new-to-us 2013 3611 home on Fri and put her in the storage unit we rented for the winter (too tall for our barn and too snowy here to risk leaving outside). Everything went smooth on the 2.5 hour drive and now we just need to tuck her in for the winter.
It had already been winterized at a dealer, so all we need to do is get a battery tender for the chassis battery and hopefully just plug the house side in to the power provided in the storage unit and let the BCC take care of things. How often should we plan to check the water level on the house batteries?
We went back down today to look for anything left in the coach that could freeze and to put out mouse traps and dCon around the storage unit to deter rodents. While i was there, I tried to open up all the compartments and get pictures of as many electronics, appliances, and various switches and plumbing subsystems as I could.
While we were looking through the RV before we bought it, we saw 2 flat panel monitors mounted on the wall of the garage and asked if they were included and they said sure. So today, I took a closer look at them and now I have quite a quandary.... Turns out this is actually a complete Kaon vRack dual 40" touchscreen Oracle marketing demonstration system that originally sold for over $20K! https://www.kaon.com/hardware So now I don't know if I should try to find a buyer for the Kaon system or just disassemble and cannibalize it for the touch screens. (Our coach was owned by an IT company that used it at trade shows before then using it to support their company sponsored employee bicycle racing and dirt bike teams. It is a movie star.... The company wrap on the back half was removed and the paint got a complete wax job when they decided to sell.)
Anybody in here in the IT sector?? Have any thoughts??

Getting ready to purchase TPMS
Ok, Outlaws, which TPMS do you have? Pros/cons, likes/dislikes. I have researched and read reviews and still can't decide I will want to include the toad tires. Thanks!

Tim,
The units in your photo are "relays", not solenoids. Relays have a similar use, but cannot carry the current that a solenoid can.
The solenoid that opens/closes for the saleman switch is the black plastic barrel shaped one on the under-hood BCC.
Hope that helps

Very late to this one (Baloo #5691 on 3/31/17), but the PN certainly looks like Dometic. I'm going to hazard a guess that it is a controller board for the propane/electric refrigerator....

Thanks Steve, I'll check it out. The solenoids in your photo are on the back side of the BCC and it looks like it could be very difficult to fix. I'll have to remove the whole BCC to get access. Not sure why Thor told me to check under the drawers...

On my unit the solenoids and fuses are on the front and very easy to change out so you might check again and confirm.

So has Thor stopped production of the residential OTL? I don't see it on their website

Huh? I had not noticed this...but it is gone from the TMC website.
And this dealer says it is a discontinued model:
https://www.rvone.com/buffalorv/rvs/...ss-A-38RE/4587
They were surely made up to the 2018 model year...

Last of it's kind.
That's too bad. While the RE did dilute the brand, it was the COW* I would have bought if in that market.
*Condo On Wheels - not Toy Hauler.
Great catch, Jeff

So I must have left something on and now both the house batteries and the chassis battery are dead. Very dead. I have two 6v AGM house batteries and thought I read somewhere that if they go to zero, they will never be the same. Am I in trouble??

Sorry Mike...while AGM batteries can usually be drained more than lead/acid and still take a full charge, if they are drained too much, they may never come back...or will always be impaired.
But, I wouldn't just toss them. Always give a good charger a chance to bring them back.
I had a RV/Marine Optima in my pick-up that seemed to be too far gone. It would never take a full charge on the alternator. So, I put it on a battery-minder and after a week of slow charge and float charge, it is usable again.
Best luck
