2017 Miramar 34.3 slide problems

2017 Miramar 34.3 came with faulty slide. Never worked right out of box... Whats more is that the RV came with the antiquated 2 track system vice the 3Trax advertised system - the one that was supposed to take care of all the full slide issues.

Now I have a dealership doing arts and crafts on my new RV to get it the way it was supposed to come... I can't even figure out the differences between the 2 track and 3Trax systems. Obviously it's three tracks, but what about the motors and roller configurations?

We are soooo upset about our situation.... The more I write, the more upset we get..... 2017 Thor RV with 2015 parts it seems.....
