Inverter display voltage dropping

2018 Windsport 34P inverter voltage was always at 13.6 when on shore power. Last couple of weeks it has slowly been dropping and this morning it is at 11.9. I just disconnected from shore power and started the generator but it has not changed. Everything works fine. Checked batteries and they are full. Is there a reset on the inverter I might have to use? It is an Eaton inverter charger. We have been on the road for about 4 months with no other issues. Could a battery going dead cause this? Just started the engine to see what would happen and display jumped to 13.9, thought it usually went to 14.1-14.3.

Don't see an Inverter/Charger made by Eton.

If its just an inverter, you have a seperate converter charger.

If that's true, check the battery disconnect switch ( Store /Use switch ) near the door and confirm its on.

The converter/charger will power everything, including the battery meter, and show all good, until you disconnect shore power. It will not charge the battery If the disconnect switch is off.
If the disconnect switch is on, look for a circuit breaker and or a tripped GFCI outlet, that may be feeding the converter/charger.

The inverter is most likely directly connected to the battery and giving you actual battery voltage. The batteries are very low.

The generator is a substute to shore power do it won't change anything. Starting the main engine should also charge the house batteries.

Thank you. I did check everything. Ran engine 30 minutes and it brought charge on batteries back up to 12.6. you are correct the display is the DC in voltage. I will need to get under my bed to take a look at the converter charger. That makes good sense that generator would react same as batteries.
