I guess it depends on stored for how long... and if the batteries are truly disconnected from all loads.
I understand that the key is not to arbitrarily "remove" discharge/recharge cycles from the battery (which advocates for keeping the coach plugged in), but at the same time you should not depend on the the charging components to always work correctly (advocating for coach to be unplugged).
If it was I, I'd work to eliminate all loads on the house batteries, and then simply shut them off or disconnect them. In the absence of freezing temperatures, a full-charged battery without load should maintain its charge state for quite a while.
