I have an '08 Windsport and have water coming in the center clearance light. I have tried everything I can think of - all the up to drilling 4 small holes in the bottom to drain the water. The problem is, it fills up with water and runs inside using the holes drilled for the lights. Does anyone have any suggestions?

After ripping apart a truck camper, that is one of the few places that didn't leak. What they done was apply putty tape behind the siding were the wires past thru the siding. You might be able to remove the light completely, putty up and then install the light again.

The best fix for a leaking clearance light is to remove it, clean up the area and reseal it with the butyl putty tape. Once it is well sealed, you can run a bead of sealant around the edge.

Thanks for the replies. I will pull it out again this weekend and seal it with putty tape.
