Lippert Hydraulic jacks wont go down

To add yet another issue for me to work on.... The lippert hydraulic jacks will not go down now. Don't know what happened.

Control panel gets power and lights up.
I press the auto switch and nothing happens
No errors
Parking brake is down
If I let the parking brake out it senses it and flashes brake so its not that connection

I don't see a full line on my hydraulic fluid canister. What is full?

Have you tried going into the manual mode?
Is the coach relatively level? Have you leveled on this spot before? Have you tried the troubleshooting portion of the manual?

If the hydraulic fluid reservoir is like mine, full means full. The dipstick is about 2" long.

Checked with jacks up.

Tank should be full with all jacks up and slides in [if hydraulic]. If the panel is a "Ultra Level panel", try pressing ALL Four jack buttons [front, rear, left &right] at the same time to re-set control control.

Hydraulic tank is full

Tank is full of fluid.
Parking brake is set.

Parked at storage facility. Level lot.

Looking at the manual it appears it is in error mode but I don't know what the error is.

Power light is ON
Steady LEFT arrow light is on
Flashing REAR arrow light is on

After this occurs for a few minutes the:

LEFT arrow light is flashing
RIGHT arrow light is flashing
CENTER LCI logo is also flashing

I don't see any leaks.

Yer right....

I went to your manual and it doesn't provide much help. I just hope that you can call Lippert and have a little better result than I did. I stayed on hold for 14 minutes for a 90 second fix.

I hope you just have a 7 minute wait.....

Press 'Enter' and 'Retract' at the same time. That should reset the error.

If you have the 'Ultra Level' control, then like was said above. Press all four diamond shaped buttons at once to reset.

I don't have an 'Enter' button on my control panel.

try checking for a tripped MAIN BUS in your battery compartment... usually mounted on the wall, and may have a little 'flag'(yellow, or red maybe) exposed, showing that it is tripped... if so, push it back in.

It's a self-contained inline fuse, usually with 50a or 100a printed on it, and larger wires coming out of both sides.

now try your jacks again.... happened to us, solved the problem, but still don't know why it tripped, but good to know for next time!

It's not tripped.

Checked the front fuse panel where there are two fuses - one for jacks down and one for jacks power (both 5 amp) and both of those fuses are good.

No leaks either (that I can see).

I did notice today if I depress and hold the 'retract all jacks' button I can hear the sound of something trying to work but all jacks are all the way up.

I'm putting the RV in the shop tomorrow. Between the jacks and the generator I'm over it. If I were retired I would have the time possibly. Working 60-70 hour weeks still so this just stresses me out.

We just had the same problem. The first time we reset the tripped flag and the jacks retracted. The second time it sounded like the jacks were trying to retract but they couldn't. Called a mobile tech and he tried the emergency retraction procedures in the manual but it didn't work. It accidentally worked when he pulled the wire that potentially activates the return solenoid. See photo. Drove it home, plugged the wire back in, and now everything works fine. It is in the top left corner when looking into the front generator compartment. The tech theorizes that the solenoid may not work sometimes.
