Lippert Leveling-No power to Control Panel

I have been directed to this forum, hope someone can help me!

I have a 2014 Thor Tuscany XTE (40GQ). The leveling system was working just fine until yesterday, when I tried to use it and I have no power to the control panel. I spoke to Lippert (Very helpful), and they told me to try to find the "Brain Box" that the control panel ultimately gets its power from to see if it is getting power. I suspect it is something simple like a fuse or circuit breaker. I have checked all of them I can find and everything is OK. I can't find the "Brian Box", I have looked high and low, searched everywhere that I can think of, and still have not found it!
I know what it looks like, but still not finding it. Anyone out there know where it might be located on the 2014 Tuscany XTE 40GQ??
I figured it would be in the same service bay as the pump, but it is not there. I know that the ignition has to be on, and the parking break has to be set (it is) before getting power. Any help is appreciated!
Thanks.

You mentioned the ignition on and parking brake set, but doesn't it also need the transmission in neutral?

Try following the wires from the control panel to the 'brain box' (or brian box)

Mine is in the storage Bay behind the Aquahot (2nd Bay behind front wheels). It is screwed against the ceiling between the chassis rails

In my hurricane mine is inside the third storage bay on the passenger side. It it mounted on the top front side toward the back of the box.

I would check the main fuse panel for the CHASSIS, usually in the forward Driver Side bay - since this is 12v, and is powered when the ignition is in the ON position.
