That would be an unusual set up for sure; in a class A.
Are the seats on a round tube pedestal ?
I know that my release handle, is totally hidden by the seat skirts. You cannot get to it while seated, a safety feature I guess. And seat position is important in order to swivel. I had to crawl under the first time, I did mine.

I'm not sure how to do it on your model but your seats DO rotate.

Here's 2 examples:

My seats have a release lever on the left side of the seat. Look under the skirting. You'll see a steel bar which locks the seat from rotating.
Congrats on your Mandy purchase. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
