Mystery switches & window blinds

New RV owners of a '96 Thor Residency. Trying to figure out what some of the switches on the right side of driver's dashboard mean. Anyone know what the two docking switches are? It's been suggested they operate lights in the storage bins, but if that's correct, ours don't. Also, trying to locate end caps for RV day blinds that need restringing. Found a great how to video on You Tube for the restringing. But can't find small enough end caps. Need 9/16" width and most seem to come 11/16" which is exactly the same size as the bottom rail, so obviously won't slide into it.

The "docking" switches are probably for lights in side of the MH, like ours. They are useful for parking the rig after dark. On our rig there are two lights on each side down by the wheels. We also have four "scare" lights, but they're up higher near the roof.

There are restringing kits out there that include parts. You may have to search though. Someone probably has the link and will post it.

Thanks. You could be right about the switches. Been a little tough to test lights, as we live in Alaska and it doesn't get dark until about 2am right now. Guess we'll figure that one out on the road!
