Fleetwood reorganized in '09 and their website of owner's manuals got wiped at that time. Honestly, an owner's manual for an RV is not all that useful. If you want wiring or plumbing diagrams, the owner's manual won't have them. They are sanitized by lawyers and the expense of making a new manual for each model and year, not to mention production line changes makes them generic at best.
I always suggest you start searching in every space in your RV and noting make and model of every component you find, also noting fuses and circuit breakers. Take that list and an internet connection to Google and search for each component's owner's manual. These tell how to operate each system, often troubleshooting guides, parts, lists, etc. This methodical search of everything in your RV is something that will pay off in dealing with future maintenance and repairs.
