Thanks for the post. You have convinced me that I should travel up to the factory and have them correct my problems/concerns. You have shown me that Thor does care and wants to correct problems.

U will need an appointment. They told me 60 days. I'm 200 mile from Elkhart & told them I could be there next day if they had cancelation. I made appointment and they call me two weeks later and I went next day.

Palazzo build plant is just the other side of the street from service. Each day at 3pm they have a factory tour. I've been on it before. Didn't go this time but it is interesting & free. Ha. Go on Tues or Wed & Shipshewana has big auction & flee market. Not sure if running in winter. Just 15 mile east. Lots of Amish shops in Shipshewana area too.

Nice to hear you had a positive experience at Thor! You had a steering stabilizer put on at another location. Was there a big improvement? Did you already have the stabilizer or did the "other location" supply the parts as well? I plan on going to Thor the end of March/first part of April and I am very interested in having a stabilizer installed if it is worth the price v/s the improved handling so your opinion would be very much appreciated.

I had 30 Mph cross wind all the way home . Ice & snow half the way. I didn't notice much difference on the straight road. Seem to be better when big trucks passed. Leaving for Florida on Tuesday should be good test there. I'm sure the blowout protection is there. So now I guaranteed not to have a blowout- win -- win. Ha

Good news! I think we'll have to get out there and have Thor check out any issues we have. Sounds like they do descent customer service.
