Palazzo torque

Hey guys,
How much torque comes with the Palazzo? I ask because I am considering ordering a double stack trailer (3 axle) to pull all my toys out to the desert. Would love some feed back

I tow 5800 pounds without issue (trailer plus car). Dual axle with load bars.

Another consideration is that although the hitch is rated at 10K lb you will not be able to tow much more than 5K since CCC is limited to 30K in 33.x Palazzos.

Yes, about 6k max considering load capacity and coach weight.

Oops I totally messed up
For the 33.x series
GVWR - 26,000 lb
GCWR - 30,000 lb this is the total weight of MH + whatever being towed
The CCC, Cargo Carryin Capacity, will depend on options. On my 33.1 it is 4313 lb. On the 33.2 and 33.3 it must be less as they have the big slide which adds to the empty weight.

Thor says the 33.1 weighs 22.5k with full water and fuel. That gives you a real 7500lbs of towing capacity if its just you and you can pack light for the weekend (I do for race weekends).

Ive put a good amount of thought into buying a 33.1, and its still on my options list. With a 6k trailer, Id have plenty of headroom, and I would rarely travel with water since Id hookup or fill up at the track.

Keep in mind they are no longer making the 33.1 so if you want one better do a quick look for 2013s that are still available.

Yep, I know.

Also according to Thor, the 33.2/33.3 is approximately 1200lbs heavier because of the big slide and options, so about 23.7k for those two in the same full fuel/full water state.

Our coach weight @ Thor was recorded @ 21,020 lbs- It is a 2013 33.1
The left side and right side were very much equal (unlike the 33.2 model)
Thor weighs the coaches with 1/4 fuel and all other tanks empty. You can call Thor - give them your VIN # and they will email or fax the weight receipt for your records if you like.

I have a Thor Serrano with 610 torque with 23,500 weighed including toad.
Cannot imagine a double stack with only another 50 torque.

Just sayin.....
