Do the PDI and make the dealer fix things before you pay, not after. Once you pay they forget all about you.

Here's a PDI: RV Inspection Checklist

Make sure you test drive the coach. Make sure the wheel is straight when your going down the road. Also make sure it isn't pulling to one side and rides smoothly, no road associated vibrations. Once you take it off the dealer lot the alignment is your responsibility. If the dealer won't let you drive the coach before you take delivery run.
Also the 2017 3901's are not prewired for satellite antenna hookup. The folks at Thor I was talking to said they might add it to the coaches in the future. The sales brochure says it is supposed to be pre wired for satellite.

Aria 3901

Our 18 3901 was pre-wired for satellite. Check the GFI in the half bath before your test drive, and after. If it trips after you start the engine, while the inverter is on see what they will do to fix that. It seems to be a common issue.

Congrats on the upcoming new coach! I made a pretty exhaustive PDI list for our new Palazzo this year. PM me your email and I'll send it to you on Monday. Good luck and best wishes!

I spent a lot of time with the Thor representatives at the FMCA rally in Indy this past June. We really really liked that coach (3901). The reps told me about the satellite antenna wiring. Also the utility bay of the 2018 was a redesign it has two Anderson valves in there and it was a vast improvement on the 2017 setup. That coach has a macerator and gravity toilet. If you've ever flushed a gravity toilet while the coach is at highway speed more than likely the black tank odor will backup into the coach. The Thor reps were very interested and looking into putting a 360 degree black tank vent on the roof. I'ld be curious to see if then acted on that idea. We insisted that the selling dealer put a Lippert 360 degree holding tank vent on the black tank on the Venetian we just purchased. The Lippert valve works very well, no black tank odor into the coach when using it on the road.

I don't know where you live but yesterday the Camping World in Greenwood Indiana had a 2017 3901 priced at just under 200K. That same unit was for sale back in June when I was at the Indy show. Just passing this along.
