My DW and I really like this floor plan but do have a few concerns. One is the low R value of insulation. Roof is a R-10 and the floor and walls are a R-7. Not much at all. The other is only a 6 gallon HW tank.

I haven't seen one in person but curious as to the quality of the RV. Does anyone have one? We will full-time in it. If only they improved these features.

Haven't owned one but when I was doing my serious shopping, the used Challengers always seemed more lower/entry level. Not necessarily a bad thing as the price is favorable, but with the insulation specs you found it definitely sounds more like a warm weather, weekend model versus a full-time coach.

Are you looking at NEW models?

Nick, just gathering information right now. We are living in Hawaii for three years and then we will buy. I like the floor plan, that is all that draws me to this manufacture. If one would make a DP with this layout I'd be all over it.
