Can I put those screw-in snaps on the outside of my motorhome to snap the outside sun screens on? I know I have seen them on other RVs, but when I talked to the service department, they said no and recommended I get the magnetic screens. I don't see how that would help since the outside of the RV is fiberglass. Has anyone else done this? Thanks for info......Betty

Betty, I have the RV Sunscreens shield. Used it on my last coach for eight years and got one for this one. No snaps needed and I'm a petite single gal and can install it in about a minute or two.

On my gas rig they used a metal clip that hooked on to the side windows. On this diesel, it is held on by suction cups. It has been through some pretty bad storms and held fine.

I believe there is a link to them on home page.
