rear area access

Getting ready to install a rear view camera on our 30Q and went looking to see how to get to the area over the rear window that I plan to mount the camera on. No obvious access points.

That made me curious about tail/brake light bulbs. No panels in the rear storage area to access the back of the tail light assemblies. The lens on the lights doesn't appear to come off. Of course the owners manual says nothing about replacing any bulbs other than headlamps.

Any ideas on how the tail light bulbs get changed? Any suggestions on how to get to the area over the rear window for mounting & wiring the rearview camera?

Is it possible that they may just pop off? I saw another RV, class a dont remember what it was. They just poped the lens off to change a bulb.
