Anyone have a leak problem with their unit? I check my roof, clean and seal it at least annually and saw nothing suspucious. Now we're facing replacing the rear panel and a repair of the sides due to extensive water damage that we couldn't see. Suggestions?

Which coach do you have? Does it have a rear cap? Have you used Dicor lap sealant to reseal any screws, joints or moldings on the rubber roof?
I had water penetration from the sidewall 2 years ago; came in through the cable/ phone jacks....which were placed right below the gutter and pounded with water each rain. Fortunately caught it when it began and only had a little damp carpet to deal with.
