RV Comfort Thermostat Error Code

I was wondering of anyone can help me understand a message I am getting on my RV Comfort thermostat. In one of my zones, it has shows "ER" in the display. Obviously this stand for ERROR, but I can't figure out what the error is. I own a 2014 Thor Tuscany XTE, GQ 40. Zone 1 is working fine, but zone 2 shows "ER". Thoughts on what this means? Thanks for any help on this.

Just for the record I think I have a model 8339D3311 thermostat.....

Er is an error message, according to the manual (pg 18) it could mean temperature setting is outside limits or connection to a temperature sensor is bad. I'd guess the second, and perhaps you could try disconnecting from the wiring connectors, spray with contact cleaner, and reconnect.

You can disconnect the thermostat from the mounting plate by pulling it away from the mounting plate.
Once loose you will see two connectors behind it.
Disconnect the 9 pin connector by pushing in on the lock button on the side while pulling the connectors apart.
Wait about 10 seconds and plug them back together again. This resets the thermostat.
If the problem comes back it is probably a bad remote sensor as previously stated
