Not sure if others have this issue, or maybe mine was just screwed together wrong. But the pantry door in our 31V opened the wrong direction - the door opened towards the frig. That means that when open you had to stand behind the door to see what the heck was in there, and if you pulled the pantry shelves out the front of the shelves was towards the open door. You would think that anyone that got past the 4th grade would see that this wasn't right. So after living with it for too long, I finally got out the drill and screwdriver and just reversed the whole darn thing. You can just flip the door over, attach the hinges, move the latch receivers to the other side, and be done with it! But don't depend on a measuring tape, as the hinges are not symmetrical top to bottom. I found that a wooden spoon laid on top of the panel below the door gave me just the right spacing to hold the door up while I marked and drilled the hinge holes. Then I just put the latch receivers on the latches, marked where they lined up on the pantry edge, and drilled and mounted those.

Now the door hinges are to the back of the coach, you can open the pantry door and pull out the pantry, and actually get things out of there and use them!

OK, I'm easily pleased.

It's the little things that make us crazy, Niel! Too bad those moho designers don't put more thought into stuff.

hey guys;
Went to the tampa show with my SO and stopped at the THOR section . The new head of diesel sales was there "Adam Gudger". He was very nice as I bent his ear for about a half hour. After I was through my wife bent the other ear with alot of suggestions. This was the debut of the Palazzo and we were sitting in it for the discussion. We actually tried to buy the unit but lazy days was crazy on the trade of our 31x!
I advised Adam of my list of repairs that I just turned my unit in for and he wanted me to email them to him as soon as I got home. I sent him my list and Tom Overton from Thor called me really soon after that. He said they would take care of most of my issues. Alignment ruining tires???????? Ah nooooo! Anyway heres my list if you need it for reference.
I showed Adam some of the what were they thinking items and he was taking notes. He was very receptive ; thank god. My wife told me to be nice!

"Anotherone", I have most of your list and a few that you did not mentioned but I have no warranty because I purchased it used (1800 miles 2010 purchased March 2011). I am working through the list while I find and correct new issues like the kitchen counter has a bubble the size of a sliver dollar that just appeared. It will require the entire counter top to be replaced at some point. Be advised, the counter is NOT a solid surface material. It is some coating over pressed board. Cheap junk made to look good...lipstick on a pig! Thor no More!

Ours was purchased used also 6000mi 1 yr old. Thor treats us like a red headed step child. I am not letting up on them as others need the warning.
