Slide Fails to Extend

One of four slides on my Tuscany XTE failed to extend after a short trip between cities. There was no motor noise just complete silence. Contacted Thor Technical support who walked me through overriding the slide controller. This failed to re-engage the slide. Checked the voltages at the slide switch to verify the switch was bad - no go. They recommended replacing the Synchronous Slide Controller. This fixed the issue and all slides are functioning properly.

nice to know... most of us have had issues with these type of slide systems, but I've not heard of many where the controller was the actual problem ...

keep ridin' safely : )
