Sound bar

I currently have my main tv routed thru my stereo in my 29.2 since the ac is so loud. It works very well but I would like to switch to a sound bar. Has anyone accomplished this for $100 or less? Thanks.

Try eBay or Kijiji/Craigslist for a start. Here's one-- Bose Solo 15 TV Sound Bar 017817643955 | eBay Good luck.

Several ppl have said the cheaper units won't be loud enough with the ac on. I have no previous experience with surround sound so I'm curious who has one and it's performance

Bought a Phillips with a included sub for 99$. With a remote and several inputs awhile back. It was pretty awesome. Donno if they are still available. Trick is to find one short enough for the TV mine was for a 32inch

I guess I'm lucky that the heat pump is at the very rear under the MH. Don't even notice it without the TV on! Also the dash stereo and iPod goes through the surround system. I listen to my music much more that ever have the TV on. Rock On!

Heat isn't any issue at all. It's the ac on high that's the issue

Go to Best Buy, or a place like that and check out powered computer speakers. Less $ and some sound great.

I use then in my MH and trawler.

I installed this one in 2015:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I paid $120+ tax

Chose this one for length and Optical Digital audio input to match factory TV.
Works well, mounted under TV. It had Optical Digital cable included. Does add another remote to the mix though.

We have the factory surround sound and the it is plenty loud for me and I have poor hearing (selective according to my wife). I still think that you will be happy with one of the Bose Solo 15 units like I gave you the link to. Good luck.

I installed a nice thin Sony HT-CT180, with a wireless Subwoofer. They occasionally go on sale at Target for as little as $90. It sounds great and was very inexpensive.
