Synchronize schwintek slide

I have a 2016 Thor Hurricane 29M and my whole wall slide motors are slightly out of sync (by about 1 second). From a web/forum search I found a solution which said to open the slide completely and then bring in 1-2 inches and then Reopen and hold button for 5 seconds after completely open, repeat process 3 times. I did this process 4 times for good measure but it didn't seem to help.

Any suggestions on the process of synchronize?

Is there something in the way blocking the side that does not seat?

I think that if you just hold the button down the side that is out a bit will just keep running under normal circumstances. Ours does.

Schwintek has videos on YouTube. If you still can't get it, give them a call and they will help you troubleshoot it.
