My side entry door screen has a gap in several locations where the door frame does not seal against the coach frame. This obviously allows mosquitoes/flies etc into the interior of coach. Has anyone else noticed that thier door doesn't seal properly? I am having a new door installed under warranty by camping world however. I'm thinking that the door is basically a standard component and that the coach door frame may be out of square. If the coach frame is out of square then i suppose I'm SOL. So. how does your screen door fit?

The bottom of the door has a slight gap. It needs an adjustable brush seal for manual perfect-fit adjustment. I think Lowes, ACE Hardware, or other suppliers may have a screw-on "Door Sweep" attachment.

Bottom is fine it's the strike side that appears short in several sections. I could probably attach rubber weather strip at area's by gap but we will wait and see how the new screen door hangs.

My 2012 ACE 29.1 also had the door problem, screen door not latching and gap at latch. If u look closely at this mess u will probably find the door frame out of alignment at latch height. Dealer shimmed the door frame and fixed the problem. But that was just the beginning. Drips on dash were corrected by creating a vacuum in MH, and then leak testing. U might sind that where the fiberglass cap meets the roof(mine was on driver's side) that caulk is missing. Dealer caulked and drip is gone. Just a few of the more than 50 items dealer fixed since August 8, 2011. The most interesting item was the grey water holding tank falling into the bin below. Just a few examples of some serious quality control problems by Thor. Thank goodness for a good dealer in the Atlanta area, or this unit would be parked in Elkhardt In, where the sun doesn't shine. Have been able to use unit twice since delivery. and plan on leaving for our Fl home in a few days. Hope it makes a 600 mile trip without stopping at every RV dealer to get something else fixed.
