ToledoCharli Member Join Date: May 2011 Posts: 94	Just recieved GENERIC manual from Laura Umpleby customer service rep (574-584-2072) Laura did a customer satisfaction follow up approximately 5 weeks ago. I indicated dissatisfaction with lack of manual. I had previously been told by Barry Hughes (THOR-ACE national service rep) that while they at that time were using the class c manual that an inclusive generic manual was in the works. This manual to myself appears to be right on. Laura called me approximately 4 1/2 months after purchase. You now have her number so call her for the ACE manual. And yes THOR did have an icon for the ACE but it was a class C manual. __________________
