Thor Citation awning lights

I have a 2015 thor citation 25st with the factory installed awning leds. they have not worked since i bought it new. I spoke to CW, and was told I needed the remote. didn't have one. went to CW for repair and order a "remote". six weeks ago. I was told it had to come from the factory. Follow-up with thor.."no remote, there is a switch by the door". I have looked high and low for this "switch". checked my fuses all okay. tried to follow red/black wires into coach and they change color and get lost in main harness. even fully extended the awning thinking they may be on a positional switch..sooo any ideas how these led lights operate. sorry for the length but wanted people to know I checked the obvious i think.

I have a 2015 Citation 29TB. My awning light switch is to the left of the stairwell near the bottom.

Thank you for the response Joe, I rechecked again in case I missed something. the only switch to the left bottom is my battery store switch.
I'm beginning to wonder if they forgot to add the switch. It's somewhat
frustrating. Hopefully I will hear from thor or someone with a citation 25st.
