Thor owns many different brands from relatively inexpensive to luxury brands, so that's a hard question to answer.
You will get many different views regarding Thor motorhomes. Some like them, some don't.
Look over the different owners forums such as Winnebago, Forest River, Newmar, etc. on this forum and you will see many posts with problems for each brand.
I have had 3 different Thor Class A motorhomes and have not had any real trouble with them other than very minor ones.

Concur with RayDK
Here’s a recent thread on one Thor brand that is fairly well balanced.
Thor owns many different brands from entry level to high end luxury
You will get better answers if you get more specific as to what you are looking for.

Just picked up our '18 Tuscany 40DX that we had the opportunity to watch being built in Indiana. Happy to report that this coach has had the least amount of issues of any RV we've purchased. I'm very happy with Thor and the dealer we purchased from.

My only real experience with a Thor is a used 2000 Hurricane 30q which is one of their lower end units. We liked the floor plan and regret they don’t still make one as I would buy a new one as they seem to have improved their product. They one we had suffered from poorly built cabinetry and the AC ducting was not properly done. Other than that it was fine.
In regards to new units when looking for a mh I did look at some ACE units and was not impressed.

This is our second Thor, very minor problems with the first, very minor problem with this one. We love our Windsport, have been living in our coach full time for last 8 weeks waiting to close on our new house. Would I buy another Thor, absolutely!!!

I'm closing out my sixth year, 45,000 miles and 338 nights as the second owner of a 2006 Hurricane. Coach has never left us on the side of the road or had us headed home early. It's a lightweight budget coach that works great for summer vacations and weekends for two adults but I would be hesitant to full time in it. The overall build is adequate but a bit light for full timing.
It's not a perfect coach but has never seen the inside of a RV or Ford service center but I'm still agile enough and have the general skills and tools to fix pretty much anything other than pulling the engine.
Next coach I'm looking at other builders only because Thor currently does not produce a floor plan I want built on the chassis I want with the options I want.

It’s nice to see more positive comments and less thumping of the brand. I don’t own one, because I don’t trust or respect either dealer in that brand near our residence. That said, if you are comfortable with the unit, in my book TRUSTING your dealer is more important than the brand. Floor plan, options and plans for service and upgrades matter most.

We took delivery of our 2017 Quantum on March 5. In the 255 days that we have had it, it has been sitting at the dealer service department for a whole hour for a repair. (Thought I was gonna say something different, didn't you. ) We have shop time scheduled at the factory for the last week of February for relatively minor things but one that they would be best suited for. We have probably spent more than 150 days in it, again with minor issues.
I have actually walked through a $350K coach at a show and found more cosmetic issues than our coach. We love it.
