Tuscany furniture problems

Hello my wife and I bought a Tuscany 45At in November of 2016 it had 3400 miles on it but had only been in service for about 5 months. The cord trim around the edge of our driver seats and sofa are falling apart Thor so far says is not covered by warranty considered normal wear coach now has 5500 miles on it and less than 7 months of service . I am reaching out to see if this has happened to any other owners. Love the coach so far but very disappointed by the Villa Furniture

That same thing happened with Villa furniture edge piping on a bunch of the 2015 Newmars. I'm not sure how it was all resolved, but if I'm not mistaken, it was determined that it was a defect with that run of piping from Villa.

Perhaps check with the folks over at the Newmar forum as to what transpired. Hopefully some may chime in here for you as well.

I hope you can get it resolved, it is NOT normal wear.....that much has been established previously. Sorry to hear of your troubles, good luck to you....

BTW, Tuscany is a pretty coach, welcome to the forum.

5500 miles and real close to a year old. i would be calling thor and sprinkling lots of sugar.

they replaced a few things on our coach when it was out of warranty by a few years, at no charge..

be nice but firm
