Venetian: Interior Question

We bought our first motor home in August. It is a 2018 Thor Venetian and when we got it home, we noticed that below the Driver console, where the pedals are, it is unfinished. It has raw plywood, no insulation and not finished. I am wondering if other owners of Venetians have this issue or is your motor home finished under there. The dealer is saying that all motor homes are unfinished there.

On my coach the forward bulkhead in front of the pedals appears to be black painted plywood.

Mine is black painted plywood. It has a cover between the steering wheel shaft and the driver wall panel and houses an Aquahot air outlet.

Thank you for your post. I was surprised at the cost of the MH, they would not have this area finished.

Does your coach have bare unpainted plywood, or is it painted?

No, there is no paint on the area. Guess we will paint it, so it doesn't look so bad.
