voltage Toy Box

My son is looking at the voltage model 3655 toy box. I think this particular model just started this year. He'll probably pull the trigger as soon as his current toy box is sold.

Any comments on the voltage or Thor's toy boxes in general??

Thanks.

Thor? I wouldn't buy anything with the Thor name on it. Very poor quality.

The Voltage comes under the Dutchmen banner. Mine was a POS when we first bought it and wanted to get rid of it during the first 6 months we had it. After I took care of the problems it has been a reliable trailer. Like all towables, it suffers from lousy quality control. Nobody at the factory oversees what the employees are building.

Thanks for commenting.

He's down to the Voltage and the Momentum on his short list. I think that's a Winnebago product, (Grand Design) but apparently at a substantially higher price.

I know Thor get's many bad reviews on these and similar forums. I'm trying to stay open minded so I can give him sound advice if and when he asks.

Often, as with many RV's, the dealer can really make the difference in after the sale service. With used products past the factory warranty period, it's "buyer beware".

So I'm going to get only 1 reply telling me the Thor is poor quality and a POS?? Honestly, I was hoping for more encouraging replies or more relies that validate V3600. Discouraging......
