Was November the earliest you could get or was that your choice? I'm hoping to get out there this October if they have a slot.

Steve, was our contact person at THOR, and he was positive that the first week in November was the earliest that we could get an appointment. Since we live in KY, long distance travel to Elkhart is not an issue. We can take the MH up on a Sat. and leave it to be repaired, then do the reverse in order to pick it up after repairs are completed. Steve was more than accomodating and suggested the above procedure since I don't have time during the week to go up and come back during the work week. We can use the hook-ups (electric only as I understand it) in order to stay overnight on both Saturdays. Let me know if you need any further information, and I would be willing to help anyway I can.

No problems since.
I suggest that anyone going to Thor that you send them a punch list before hand. It was requested before our visit. It helps them in ordering needed parts to have on hand prior to your arrival.

I just sent an email to Tom and he replied they are taking appointments now for the first week in December. I always wanted to see Indiana in the Winter .

Ya and that as far North in Indiana as you can get. Good chance you would be ok in early December. But you can get anything here at that point.

Just got an email conformation from Steve Reed for Nov 18 for our Palazzo repairs.
Maybe somebody canceled.

I see that. I'm under 700. I'll also be going it alone. My wife works and we have two good size dogs that need her

We'll have to tailgate in the lot!
