Washing Machine water on off valve on Aria 3901

Another newbie question on the Aria 3901. we are on our first trip and everything was going good untill we tried to do a load of laundry. The machine keeps giving us a code (A-09) that said " not enough water" I have no Ideals where the on off valve for the washer is! Any ideas without taking out the double stack.

Why not just call TMC Customer Service?:
https://www.thormotorcoach.com/contact-us/

Is this on city water, on-board tank/pump, or both?
If both, there also might be a fouled strainer/filter

Best luck

you may have to access it from under the sink, left side, if there is a removable panel there.

Ours has an access panel left side of the R bath sink above the counter top. 4 screws with screw covers.

On ours I found that the cold faucet, on the left , had to be turned clockwise to open it, and the hot water had to be turned counter clockwise. We too had gotten a no water error code.

Are the valves located in the access panel on the side of the Rear Sink per the other post?

Don't want this to sound like an insult, but also be sure to have your water supply (pump or outside source) turned on, sometimes we forget, (experienced or not).

Assuming you have a Whirlpool W/D - had the same issue after winterizing and on our first trip w new to us MH.

Behind the bottom panel is a drain / clean for the pump and I found a troubleshooting manual there.

Ran through all the diagnostics, straightened a kink in one of the supply hoses and checked / cleaned the inlet screens on backside of washer - I was able to move the stack out partially onto blocking to obtain access through door in my closet.
Everything pointed to the inlet solenoid valves.

Arranged a mobile tech at the next place we were headed (for a month) and ordered parts on line to be shipped to my next destination.

Tech arrived around 8:30 AM - had the doors removed & prepped to check it out. We Removed the dryer and tech went to work - removed W top and replaced both H & C valves and checked operation - all worked well.

Unit was back in just under 1 hour.

I recommend AppliancePartsPros.com for any parts - they were Great
Parts in stock and shipped same day - arrived 3 days ahead of promise

Good luck - hope it helps

TEch removed dryer and opened water shutoff valves. Seems they forget to open them when itís installed.
