I just bought a 2015 ACE used and would like to know the best source to buy Thor-specific parts. The closest Thor dealer is an hour away. An online source where I can lookup the parts myself would be ideal, but a phone number for a dealership that ships would work, too.

Right now, I need the latch for one of the hood locks. I also need a spare hood key. If you know of another source for these parts other than a dealer, that would be helpful as well.

Thor does not sell directly to the public. Unfortunately you have to buy Thor specific parts from a dealer who can order the part for you.

Maybe a closer RV dealer can do this for you but I don't know for sure.

try Factory RV Surplus

or their store in Elkhart, it is full of factory surplus parts, supplies, furniture, etc.
or they may be at least able to point you in the right direction

DON'T BUY PARTS FROM TMC.

Just a suggestion.
Note: Does not apply to warranty work...

Except for the chassis, the RV is most like a house. Excluding maker specific bits (fiberglass body caps or interior bits that are in current inventory) everything TMC uses is from some vendor (LCI, Trimark, Atwood, etc).

And, prices from vendors will typically be less.

Plus as your RV gets older, TMC won't even have bits in inventory. It is smart to start a list of vendors for your RV. A good RV service center can be very helpful with this effort.

I have been lucky and found most items available online. Most of the parts that fail are third party. Most recently I found the nozzle for my wipers at a bus parts supplier online. I also use camping world when things are on sale. PPL Motorhomes is another RV specific supplier but Amazon has a lot also, Good luck with your coach.

Be Careful with Total Value RV! I got charged $20 for shipping of this lens. Plus, they charged me more than the quote. I called to complain, and the only thing they could do is refund the part cost difference. The shipping is "under contract between Thor and UPS" so they said that there is nothing they could do about it.
