International VT365

any knowledgeable guys on here on the VT365 International motor? i know its basically the ford 6.0 but with the International top end. ive got two questions:

Anybody know anything about installing an exhaust break?

Adding performance upgrades to this motor...good or bad idea? If good, which upgrades?

thanks for the help.

You might have more luck going to the power stroke section.

That said and i'm no expert on this, but I think the international 365 was a decent engine, but I would not want to increase the power very much as that is what got Ford into so much trouble with the engine, they pushed the power nos, to stay competitive and it did cause them a lot of problems. The VT365 was never designed to handle that kind of power.
