navistar maxforce 7 service centers

Thinking seriously about getting the new Allegro Breeze when it is available. My questions concern the Navistar Maxforce 7 diesel engine. How have the Navistar diesels performed? What are the common issues with these engines? My biggest concern is where are the service centers located and how accessible are these service centers throughout the country. Presently, i have a Cat 330, and to obtain service I have to travel some distances for service. Thanks for any insight that can be provided concerning this engine.

Navistar (International Harvester) is the parent company of Workhorse Custom Chassis. I'm fairly sure an authorized Workhorse Service Center should be able to repair a Maxforce engine even though it is on a Tiffin-built chassis. Workhorse is using the Maxforce 7 on several chassis. Click HERE to search for a Workhorse Service Center.

You may want to give Tiffin a call and ask them about engine service just to be sure.

Looks like engine service will be performed only at "...RV participating International Truck and Engine Service dealers." See HERE.

The Workhorse Website has a MaxxForce 7 Engine Service Locator. Just goto the website and click on the MaxxForce graphic. (Bottom right)
